Home Remodeling Bellevue is not a construction company. We do not perform any home remodeling work ourselves. The Site is an informational and lead‑generation service that connects Bellevue homeowners with independent, licensed and insured home remodeling contractors in Bellevue and the Greater Seattle area.​

Any remodeling work, estimates, contracts, guarantees, warranties and payments are solely between you and the contractor you choose to work with.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.

  • Have the legal authority to enter into agreements related to your home or property.

By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Responsibilities

When you submit a request or contact us through the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your project.

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and only to request legitimate information or estimates about home remodeling.

  • Not use the Site to send spam, offensive content or fraudulent information.

We may refuse or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Site.

4. No Professional or Construction Advice

The content on the Site is for general information only and does not constitute professional construction, engineering, architectural, legal or financial advice.​

Before starting any remodeling project, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing local building codes and permit requirements.

  • Asking contractors about their licenses, insurance and references.

  • Making your own decisions about which contractor to hire.

You should not rely solely on the information on this Site to make any construction or safety decisions.

5. Relationships With Contractors

We connect you with independent home remodeling contractors and remodeling companies that serve Bellevue and the Greater Seattle area. These contractors are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not control how they perform their work.​

We do not:

  • Guarantee any contractor’s prices, schedules, availability or quality of work.

  • Guarantee that a specific contractor will accept your project.

  • Take responsibility for any communication, agreement, dispute, damage, delay or loss that occurs between you and any contractor.

Any contract or agreement you enter into with a contractor is strictly between you and that contractor.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be error‑free, secure or available at all times.

  • Any contractor we connect you with will meet your expectations.

  • Any estimate, price range or project information shown or discussed is final or binding.

You use the Site and work with any contractor at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Remodeling Bellevue and its owners, employees and representatives will not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

  • Losses related to property damage, personal injury, project delays, cost overruns or lost profits.

This applies to any claim related to:

  • Your use or inability to use the Site.

  • Your communication or agreements with any contractor.

  • Any work performed (or not performed) by any contractor.

If a court finds that we are liable despite the above, our total liability will be limited to one hundred (100) US dollars.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by Home Remodeling Bellevue or used with permission. You may view the Site for your personal, non‑commercial use only.​

You may not:
